Texas Picante Chicken Casserole
Ingredients for Texas Picante Chicken Casserole: - 1 ½ cup Pace picante sauce
- 3 tbsp. packed light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ½ cup instant rice uncooked
- 1 ¾ cup water
Mix first 3 ingredients together for sauce. Put water in 2 quart baking dish, sprinkle rice in bottomPlace chicken in dish and cover with sauce.Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour Good served with salad and garlic bread
