Bacon and Egg Casserole

- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 cup grated cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions: Fry bacon and break into small pieces. Thaw hash browns in microwave and cook about 6 to 8 minutes on high. Transfer hash browns to an 8 X 11 inch baking dish sprayed with pam. Break eggs into a bowl, and beat. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over hash browns and put into preheated 375 F. oven. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes and add bacon. Return to oven and cook until set (15 - 20 more minutes.) Then top with cheese until melted. Enjoy this yummy breakfast hash brown casserole with bacon!
