Beef Burgundy
Ingredients for BEEF BURGUNDY - 3 lbs. lean stew meat cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ can water (soup can)
- 2/3 cup Burgundy wine (can omit and add 1/3 can more water, but that would kinda defeat the purpose of burgundy, right?)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Directions: Mix all. Do not brown beef. Put in greased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Do not open while baking. Serve over noodles or rice.
