Beef Burgundy

Ingredients for BEEF BURGUNDY

  • 3 lbs. lean stew meat cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ can water (soup can)
  • 2/3 cup Burgundy wine (can omit and add 1/3 can more water, but that would kinda defeat the purpose of burgundy, right?)
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions:

Mix all. Do not brown beef.

Put in greased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees.

Do not open while baking.

Serve over noodles or rice.
