Breakfast Hash Brown Casserole
If you're looking for a delicious breakfast hash brown casserole, then look no further! You could even add cooked bacon or cooked sausage to it, or serve it on the side. This would also make a great side dish for supper. Ingredients for Hash Brown Potato Casserole: - 1 (32 oz) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- ½ onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup melted margarine or butter
- 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
- 2 cups corn flakes
Spray 1 9 X 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Put hash browns in dish. Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over hash browns. Top with corn flakes and melted margarine or butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. I know you'll enjoy this recipe for a hash brown casserole.
