Broccoli Chicken Casserole

I needed a quicker easier recipe for broccoli chicken casserole, and so I made one! I hope you enjoy my easier version of the chicken and broccoli casserole.Ingredients: - 1 can of cooked chicken (or equivalent)
- 1 12 oz bag of frozen broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- bread crumbs
- butter 1 TB.
- salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Directions: Cook instant rice according to directions. 5 minutes Steam broccoli according to directions on package. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, broccoli, instant rice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.




Mix well to evenly combine ingredients.

Put into an 8 X 8 or equivalent dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.

Bake in a 400 degree F. oven for 25 minutes.
