Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Quick Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Prep: 10 minutes. Total: 40 minutes

  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (don't drain)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (6 oz) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 ½ lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp. dried basis leaves
  • 1 c. Kraft shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place tomatoes with liquid in medium bowl. Add garlic, stuffing mix, and ½ cup water: stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.

Place chicken in 9 X 13 inch baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.

Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Makes 6 servings.
