Bruschetta Chicken Bake
Quick Bruschetta Chicken Bake Prep: 10 minutes. Total: 40 minutes - 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (don't drain)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (6 oz) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 ½ lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp. dried basis leaves
- 1 c. Kraft shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place tomatoes with liquid in medium bowl. Add garlic, stuffing mix, and ½ cup water: stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside. Place chicken in 9 X 13 inch baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
