Chicken Asparagus Casserole
Chicken Asparagus Casserole - of asparagus casserole recipes, this one is easy and will freeze well. Ingredients for asparagus casserole: - 2 cans asparagus, drained (I like the Green Giant brand)
- 2-4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans Campbells cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Directions: Layer asparagus in buttered 9x13 inch pan. Layer chicken. Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Easy and delicious.
