Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe

You can't beat a classic like this chicken rice casserole recipe. I've loved this for as long as I can remember.

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 small box Minute rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can cheese soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Directions:

Sprinkle rice in buttered casserole dish (9X13). Place chicken on rice. Mix canned soups and milk together and pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle dry onion soup over top. Cover and seal tight with foil. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 2 hours. Don't peek (that's why it's sometimes called "No-Peeky Chicken"

Serves 6
