Easy Chicken Casserole

by Jen T.
(Virginia)

I have four picky teens at my house that all have VERY different taste buds! This recipe for Chicken Casserole is actually one that pleases everyone! :)

Ingredients:

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
4 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix well.

3. Pour chicken mixture into a greased casserole dish.

4. Sprinkle the cracker crumbs evenly over the chicken mixture. Pour melted butter over top.

5. Bake for 30 minutes or until nice and hot.

Easy and yummy! Serves a family of 6 easily.
