Ground Beef Taco Casserole

I made up this Ground Beef Taco Casserole and my husband said it was delicious, so I'll share.Ingredients: - 1 - 1.5 pounds ground meat cooked with onion and seasonings (I used leftover taco meat!)
- 1 can Ranch Style Beans
- 1 tsp. cumin
- tortilla chips, crushed, or taco shells, crushed
- shredded cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
Directions: Cook your ground meat with onion, drain, and season with taco mix and cumin or to your taste. Add 1 can ranch style beans, don't drain!

Put in a 8X8 casserole dish or equivalent. Add a layer of crushed tortilla chips.

Add a layer of your choice of shredded cheese. I happened to have muenster cheese, so that's what I used.

Pour a can of enchilada sauce evenly over the whole casserole.

Add a little more cheese if you'd like (or don't!)Pop into a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes. I served mine with a salad. This is a super easy and yummy Mexican Beef Casserole.
