This is a fantastic ham casserole made with sour cream, water chestnuts and french cut green beans. You'll love this to reinvent your leftover holiday ham!
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 2 cans French cut green beans, drained
Combine the above ingredients and pour into a 9X13 baking dish.
Sprinkle with 2/3 cup shredded cheese.
Mix together 1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed, 1 stick softened butter, and two tablespoons poppy seeds.
Add to top of mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
