Hamburger Corn Casserole

Ingredients for Hamburger Corn Casserole:

  • 1 ½ lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (12-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ c. chopped pimento
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. accent (optional)
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 3 cup med. noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 3 T. melted butter

Directions:

Lightly brown ground beef chopped onion and seasonings. Add corn, soups, sour cream and pimento. Mix well. Stir in noodles and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
