Hamburger Corn Casserole
Ingredients for Hamburger Corn Casserole: - 1 ½ lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (12-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ c. chopped pimento
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. accent (optional)
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 3 cup med. noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 3 T. melted butter
Directions: Lightly brown ground beef chopped onion and seasonings. Add corn, soups, sour cream and pimento. Mix well. Stir in noodles and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
