Hamburger Hominy Casserole

Ingredients for Hamburger Hominy Casserole:

• ½ cup chopped onion
• 1 lb. ground beef
• ½ cup chopped green pepper
• 1 cup canned tomatoes
• 2 cups canned hominy
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 cup grated cheese

Directions:

Brown onion in small amount of oil.

Add meat and brown slightly.

Add other ingredients, except cheese, mix well.

Put in baking dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
