Hash Brown Casserole Recipe
Ingredients for this hash brown casserole recipe: - 2 lbs. frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 1/4 cup very finely chopped onions
- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and put into a sprayed 9 X 13 inch pan. Topping: - 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Mix together and top potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Voila...a delicious hash brown potato casserole to serve your family and/or friends. This is a great side dish for supper, or a side dish for breakfast. Either way, people will love it.
