Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

Ingredients for this hash brown casserole recipe:

  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 1/4 cup very finely chopped onions
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and put into a sprayed 9 X 13 inch pan.

Topping:

  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Mix together and top potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Voila...a delicious hash brown potato casserole to serve your family and/or friends. This is a great side dish for supper, or a side dish for breakfast. Either way, people will love it.
