Beef Enchilada Casserole Recipe

I made it this week, and couldn't believe what an easy enchilada casserole this was.

Ingredients:

* 1 lb. ground beef (hamburger meat)

* 1 can of enchilada sauce

* 1 can of tomato sauce

* 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese

* Dozen corn tortillas - torn into quarters

Directions:

Brown hamburger meat and drain. (I cook mine with a small chopped onion.)

In a medium bowl, combine hamburger meat and sauces.

Layer in a 9" X 13" baking dish starting with corn tortillas,

Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly!
