Pineapple Casserole Recipe
Ingredients for this pineapple casserole recipe: - 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 Tablespoons flour
- 6 Tablespoons of liquid off of pineapple
- 2 (20 oz) cans of chunky pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded American cheese
- 2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions for baked pineapple: Put sugar, flour, pineapple juice, pineapple, and cheese in 1 1/2 quart dish. Mix well. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top. Pour butter evenly over crackers.
