Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Sausage Breakfast Casserole made with green chilies and cheese is a great addition to your other breakfast casserole recipes. Easy to make ahead the night before, and cook in the morning. Ingredients: - 1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage, crumbled, cooked
- 3 (4oz) cans green chilies
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 ¼ pounds Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 9 large beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp flour
Directions for sausage and egg casserole: Brown sausage and drain. Layer sausage, chilies and cheese in 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Combine eggs, milk and flour and pour over layered mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Enjoy your egg and sausage casserole!
