Sausage Cream Cheese Casserole
This sausage cream cheese casserole is made with crescent rolls-truly delicious. Ingredients: - 2 packages Crescent rolls
- 1 pound of hot bulk pork sausage
- 1 9 z package cream cheese
- 1 2 cup package of grated sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 9 X 13 inch baking dish, roll out 1 package of the crescent rolls, pressing the seams together; set aside. In a skillet, brown the sausage until it is well cooked, then drain off excess fat. Return sausage to the skillet and add the cream cheese and allow it to melt stirring with the sausage. When the cream cheese and sausage mixture is well mixed, spread it on the prepared crescent rolls in the dish. Top with shredded cheddar. On a piece of wax paper or parchment paper, unroll the other crescent rolls and press the seams together and place over th top of the casserole.
