Spicy Ground Beef Casserole Recipe

Mexican Beef Casserole

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 med chopped onion
• 2-3 tsp cumin
• 2 cans Ranch style beans
• flour or corn tortillas
• shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
• 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can Ro-Tel (tomatoes with green chilies)

Directions:

Cook hamburger meat with chopped onions. Drain grease, add cumin and undrained Ranch Style beans. Pour into 9X13 casserole dish.

Add layer of flour or corn tortillas.

Then add layer of your favorite cheese.

Mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with can of Ro-tel. Pour over top.

Add another light layer of shredded cheese.

Bake one hour at 350 degrees F.
