Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecans

Ingredients for Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole:

• 4 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes (about 3-4 large)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/3 c. milk

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Pour into greased 2 quart shallow baking dish.Sprinkle with topping (below) and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Topping:

• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 2 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
